I am not a coffee drinker, but if you are it looks and smells like a coffee lover's dream. The breakfast potatoes were not hot and I did not have time to send back. I ordered the bandito breakfast burrito which was delicious and big enough to take half home.

I'll take my business and money elsewhere.įirst time here and was wowed by the innovative breakfast and lunch selections. I wouldn't NOT recommend it, but I know it's highly unlikely that I'll be returning. Granted, it was one rude, nasty employee but 1st (and 2nd) impressions go a long way. That 2nd experience painted the restaurant in a bad light for me.

I SHOULD have spoken to a manager immediately however, I needed to leave to make an appointment. I asked for a receipt and said 'thank you.' Her reply: 'MmmHmm' The rudeness continued. What did she do? Placed it on the counter right in front of my hand. After she gathered my change I put my hand out for it. I paid the cashier - placed the money in her hand. Not sure when standards changed where you can handle dirty money and customer food w/o fresh, clean gloves. Upon arriving to pick up and pay, I noticed the cashier was also handling food w/o gloves. Face-to-face service was poor! I placed my order over the phone and all seemed well the person was pleasant and told me the price. I returned 2 days later, this time for take-out. We didn't notice the specials on the table until after we ordered - it would have been nice to have the server point those out. Our server seemed to be swamped and therefore, not very attentive to us but it was totally understandable given the time and crowd. Seemed like a well oiled machine on the first visit. Portions are large and the prices are fair. It was extremely crowded at noon on a Saturday and the wait to be seated was at least 30 minutes, but they were efficient and kept things moving along. The restaurant has a quaint outside seating area and the inside is spacious enough where you don't feel cramped. Parking is shared w/ other establishments in the area.
